To ensure your baked goods pop right out, brush with vegetable oil first. And use our Cake Tester & Releasing Tool to loosen the sides before turning them out on your cooling rack. For non-Pampered Chef® recipes, reduce suggested bake temperature by 25°F (15°C), because darker pans require slightly lower temperatures. All Pampered Chef® recipes using this pan reflect the temperature reduction.
