Reversed French Toast



My boys love this fast breakfast!

-Sandwich bread of choice (we use gluten , soy and dairy free)
-Farm fresh eggs
Wildtree organic butter oil
-Maple Syrup (don’t skimp, get the real deal) I use natural sugars only, coconut nectar or brown rice syrup work too.


1. Toast bread. Cut your favorite shape out of the middle.

2. Melt 1 tbsp butter on med-high heat, then add toast. Carefully break one egg into the shape cut out. Cook for 3-4 min until its hard enough to flip. Flip it, this is your facing side. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Put on plate keeping it facing up.

3. Cover egg with the piece of bread you cut-out, and pour syrup over.
